Why does ScubaDudeStore ask for my email address? Will I get spam emails after I give it to you?

Providing us with your email address means we can send you two very important emails: one is a copy of the order that you place with us, and the other is a notification that your package has been shipped. We may also use email if it is necessary to contact you regarding your order. We will not send you spam emails, and we will not give your email address to anyone else.

I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped.

ScubaDudeStore  order we are is seeing an extended processing time frame of 2 to 3 business days.  Thank you for your patience.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

What if my order is cancelled?

When a customer places an order on our site, there is a pending authorization/“pending hold” on the account. We do not charge our customers until their order has shipped. If your order is cancelled, the pending authorization on your account for the amount of your order will drop, releasing those funds back into your available account balance within 2-7 business days.

How do I cancel my ScubaDudeStore  order?

Once your order is placed we are not able to make changes or cancel your order. Please read our refused delivery policy.
