I am loving my Vostok,

For some reasons I cannot explain, I love reading about and watching videos about cool watches. Possibly because I'm an engineer because have never been a collector or buyer. IIt was my 33 year olds son's bday so I decided a mechanical watch would be a nice present. The decision was pretty easy and even though the price is high by Vostok standards, the inventory is complete and the delivery was fast. And seriously, $170 for an automatic deep sea chronograph is an incredibly good deal.
The watch arrived promptly and is beautiful. He has been wearing it for a week with no issues. Despite some reviewers, he is perfectly happy with the metal bracelet and there is no issue with the movement. I'm in love with the thing too and considering another just because I like it. I also see a ladies version that I've never seen anywhere else and thinking about that for my daughter in law.

Great 24 hour watch with noon at the top. Love the color scheme and the bevel that can be set to another time zone, Zulu for me. Replaced bracket as it was too big for me. Lum good and Brite for about 30 minutes but was visible for over 4 hours with intense light from pocket hi intensity flashlight.

This watch is great. With the white dial and 24 hour hand it is neat and different, however it’s wonderfully easy to read. The watch sits extremely well in my wrist. And I find myself reaching for it very often. I definitely recommend these watches to both new people and seasoned collectors.

The Item was received as stated. Conversely, Other than the faulty movement, everything else provided an excellent foundation for a mod or to learn how to take everything apart and gain experience repairing the movement.

This particular watch w/o the date is easier to set and with a bronze colored dial, it looks great with a basic aftermarket brown leather strap. However, the black rubber strap it came with is not bad at all. Very happy with this purchase
