No Warranty: All sales are final with no warranty provided on any products.

Free Returns (USA Customers)

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for customers located in the United States.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within the return window and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

International Returns

For customers outside of the USA, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not as described

We will cover all return shipping costs regardless of location.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be returned in original, unused condition
  • Include original packaging, protective elements, manuals, and accessories
  • Show no signs of wear, installation, or damage

⚠️ Please note: Items that are returned used, worn, or without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.

Important Notice

All watches sold are 100% brand new from the factory.
In some cases, we may inspect the watch (including the crystal) prior to shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Protective elements (such as plastic or packaging inserts) are included to prevent damage during transit and should not be removed unless you intend to keep the item.

Return Process

    Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval
    Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Shipping
    • USA: prepaid label provided
    • International: buyer arranges return shipping
  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Returns requested after 30 days may be declined or subject to a restocking fee
  • Personalized or modified items are non-returnable unless defective
