We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Warranty
Vostok Europe watches are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as described in the User's Manual. Warranty service is provided by Vostok Europe. No warranty is provided by ScubaDudeStore on other products.

Free Returns (USA Customers)
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for customers located in the United States.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within the return window and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

International Returns
For all international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customers are also responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges associated with the return shipment.

Vostok Europe Watches
Vostok Europe watches can be returned within 14 days of delivery (instead of 30 days). Returns within the United States are free, and we provide a prepaid return label. Items must meet the conditions listed under Return Conditions below. For orders shipped outside the United States, please contact us for return terms. Orders shipped to Asia-Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan) and Singapore are final sale, except for manufacturing defects covered by the 24-month manufacturer warranty.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must:

* Be returned in original, unused condition
* Include original packaging, protective elements, manuals, and accessories
* Show no signs of wear, installation, or damage

⚠️ Please note: Items that are returned used, worn, or without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.

Important Notice
All watches sold are 100% brand new from the factory.
In some cases, we may inspect the watch (including the crystal) prior to shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Protective elements (such as plastic or packaging inserts) are included to prevent damage during transit and should not be removed unless you intend to keep the item.

Return Process

1. Contact Us
Email us at info@scubadudestore.com within 30 days of delivery (14 days for Vostok Europe watches).
Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

3. Shipping
   * USA: prepaid label provided
   * International: buyer arranges return shipping

4. Inspection & Refund
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

* Returns requested after 30 days (14 days for Vostok Europe watches) may be declined or subject to a restocking fee
* Personalized or modified items are non-returnable unless defective
